Who We Are

At Victory Outreach Chino, our heart is to reach people with the hope of Jesus Christ, build strong families, develop leaders, and help people discover their God-given purpose.

What we're called to do.

Victory Outreach is an international, church-oriented Christian ministry called to evangelize and disciple the hurting people of the world, with the message of hope and the plan of Jesus Christ.

Our call involves a commitment to plant and develop churches, rehabilitation homes, and training centers in strategic cities of the world.

Victory Outreach inspires and instills within people the desire to fulfill their potential in life with a sense of dignity, belonging, and destiny.

Victory Outreach works cooperatively with others of mutual purpose in accomplishing the task before us.

Our Vision

We see a church family where the hurting find hope, believers become disciples, and disciples rise up as leaders — first in their own homes, then in our city, and ultimately around the world.

We envision restored families, empowered leaders, and neighborhoods transformed one life at a time — as Victory Outreach Chino continues to be a home base for a movement of hope that reaches the nations.

Our Story

Every life changed at Victory Outreach Chino is part of a greater story of God’s faithfulness. Through every season, our passion has remained the same: reaching people, building disciples, developing leaders, and making an impact in our community and around the world.

Victory Outreach Chino is the founding church of the worldwide Victory Outreach movement, carrying a message of hope in Jesus Christ for more than five decades. What began as one congregation’s burden to reach the hurting people of the inner city has grown into a global network of hundreds of churches and ministries, still rooted in that same original calling.
